Service Description

Clients meet with Crystal to discuss fitness goals. Based off of that session unique weekly workout plans are created.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations received with less than a 24 hour notice are not entitled to a refund.
