Goal oriented massage! What hurts and where do you want us to focus? Mobility balls, stretching, trigger point massage, reflexology, or basic deep tissue will be used to decrease inflammation and improve mobility.

Cancelation Policy

Clients can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations received with less than a 24 hour notice are not entitled to a refund.
